1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Lavari Interiors, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to existing orders require written agreement between you and Lavari Interiors.

2. Products
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, but errors may occur. Products may vary slightly in colour, finish, or size due to natural materials or manufacturing processes. Returns due to colour or finish discrepancies are considered "change of mind" and are subject to our Returns Policy.

3. Orders
Orders can be placed online or through our team. You are responsible for verifying order details before confirming. We reserve the right to reject any order, including for reasons of product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. You must be at least 18 to place an order.

4. Availability
Stock levels are subject to change, and products are not reserved until payment is processed. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, including backorders.

5. Delivery
Ensure your delivery information is correct. Lavari Interiors is not liable for incorrect deliveries due to errors in your provided information. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $1500, with some exclusions.

6. Payment
Full payment is required at checkout. 

7. Offers and Gift Cards
Offers and Gift Cards can be used as payment for eligible products. Only one Offer can be used per order. Gift Cards and Store Credit are valid for 2 years and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Returns and Warranty Claims
Products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. For change of mind returns, please refer to our Returns Policy. Faulty products must be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or goodwill, except as required by law. Lavari Interiors reserves the right to refuse supply, terminate contracts, or edit website content at our discretion.
